Delivery Cost

Delivery is FREE to Mainland UK with the following exceptions:
Delivery charges apply for Van Guard products including: Bulkheads, Security Window Grilles and Blanks, Tool Stores and Pipe Carriers if delivery is to UK offshore locations, Scottish Highlands and some outlying areas of the Scottish Lowlands. Delivery charges for Van Guard products to these areas will be calculated and applied within the store checkout. We are unable to ship Van Guard products to Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland, ROI, Isle of Man, Channel Islands or Scilly Isles.

We don't currently offer international shipping for any of our products.

Delivery Time

We try our best to process orders as soon as we receive them, most orders will be dispatched within 24 hours and we aim to dispatch all orders within 1-3 working days of order confirmation.

We will advise you of any possible delays when you place your order.

You will receive an email confirmation at various stages of your order process as well as upon dispatch.

Delivery Service

We use either Royal Mail, Parcelforce, DPD or DX Freight for all deliveries. A signature is not required for Royal Mail deliveries. Some products may be sent direct from the manufacturer with DPD, Parcelforce or DX Freight on a next working day service.

Although we can take no responsibility for any delivery delays or problems outwith our control caused by Royal Mail, Parcelforce, DPD, DX Freight or any other carrier, we will do all we can to help resolve any delivery problems.

You will be responsible for the items as soon as they are delivered so please check your delivery before you sign for it and if your package is damaged please sign for it as such and contact us to let us know.


If you wish to return any items from your order, you must notify us by email within 7 days of receipt and return the goods to us within 14 days of receipt.

We can only accept return of goods which are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

You are responsible for the cost of returning any goods to us and we recommend that you use a delivery service which provides proof of delivery.

Faulty or Damaged Goods

In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or damaged item, you must notify us by email within 3 days of receipt and return the goods to us within 14 days of receipt. We will normally require you to provide evidence of the problem by sending a photograph. We will cover the cost of return for any damaged or faulty products.

You will have the choice of replacement goods or a full refund for faulty or damaged goods.
